Provide dedicated HR Professional to oversee the contract including “on site” support. Ensure HR “backup” is provided in case of annual leave, sickness etc. The day assigned to on site to be agreed with the client.
Phone/email back up Monday to Friday and out of hours as required.
Oversee annual review of HR policies and procedures in line with strategic direction of company in conjunction with the Senior Management team.
Oversee all aspects of the HR administrative processes. Ensure filing system is maintained and up to date and in line with NERA and Data Protection requirements. Ensure key dates are met i.e. Probation, PM etc.
Key HR contact
Assume responsibility as key contact point of liaison for other HR related areas such as payroll, accounts, Pension, VHI etc.
